Covid-19 Gatherings Starting 6/28

Hi all,

A quick update with regard to the renewed gatherings at this time. We are planning to begin meeting on Sunday's for coffee and online viewing of the weekend liturgies. The plan is to have people over starting about 10 am to socialize, get the kids settled (feel free to bring bikes, etc), and grab a cup of coffee. We will start the online service at 11 am, and everyone can then head home for lunch.

Currently we are looking to start meeting on 6/28 as we have multiple folks unable to meeting until after Father's Day. If this changes, we will provide an update here.

Meeting Schedule Update

Hey! Sounds like most of the families will be out of town on Monday so we’re going to cancel our gathering for this coming week, 3/2.

We’ve also decided we like meeting twice a month as a whole community so we will be meeting again on 3/16. And moving forward will be gathering every 1st and 3rd Monday.

2020 Meeting Schedule Update

Hey everyone!

January is a funky month for us getting back to reality after the holidays so we were thinking we would meet next Monday 1/13 and then again on 1/27. Then moving forward in February we'll pick up the first Monday 2/3 and hopefully continue on with our plan of meeting as a group on the first Monday of the month for the rest of the year. 

When we meet on 2/3 we can decide on a day in Feb that might work for the guys to meet and one for the ladies as well.

Hello everyone!

Ok, we keep promising to start this community group, but we also want to have furniture before we do it (you're welcome)... and that's taking longer than expected because it turns out decisions are hard (plus money and time and all those things) so progress has been slow. BUT we did finally buy a dining room table and a couch so we're calling it good! November feels like kind of an awkward time to start a group with the holidays approaching, so we're thinking we will try to get everyone together for one or two gatherings before January to a) test our proposed Monday evening meeting date/time and b) meet and greet and make a plan for the new year. Sound good? 

We're thinking Nov 18 at our house at 6:00PM... if you can't make it by then, no problem, just come when you can and we can figure out if it's too early/late/whatevs - that's what this get together will be all about, yeah?

I haven't made space to think about what the meal will be so stay tuned. Salad bar/taco bar/pizza (again with the decisions...). We'll see. I'll let you know when my brain catches up to this plan, but did want you to be able to mark it on your calendars - I know it's kind of last minute at this point!

Please reply either way if you can or cannot make it so I have an idea of how many people to expect and I'll make a dinner plan from there.

Projected Community Start Date

Hi all! We are hoping (still getting settled in our new home) to start meeting mid-October on Monday nights. Most likely the 14th or 21st.
